Metal Shark is proud to partner with Bahamas National Trust to help support the Exuma Cays Land and Sea Park’s full-time staff and volunteers by providing boats, technical assistance, and funding to help preserve and protect this fragile ecosystem. Your donation will go toward the purchase of new vessels to preserve and protect this pristine environment. With your donation, new vessels could someday include a 28′ center console for park patrol in coastal areas, a 36′ center console for offshore patrol and fisheries protection, and a 40′ landing craft (shown below) which is desperately needed in the park for habitat protection and rehabilitation, and also to provide mooring maintenance so that visitors may access the park without damaging the fragile coral reef ecoysystem. Metal Shark engineers are working directly with park officials to provide fully customized vessels uniquely tailored specifically for safe, long term operation with minimal environmental impact.
