Security, Safety and Comfort, The 27 Defiant Pilot House is the newest addition to the already superb Metal Shark line. It provides enhanced crew protection and permits extended operation under demanding weather conditions. This is a well designed craft targeted for security, patrol, and law enforcement operations.

Metal Shark has taken a new approach to collared craft with an innovative foam collar, which increases deck space and workable area, while offering ample protection for the craft and its occupants. The removable urethane-sheathed solid foam collar combines the utility of a full foam collar with the deck space and simplicity of a hard sided craft.

The The 27 Defiant Pilot House features a full width cabin and is available in both Bow Cockpit and Cuddy Cabin versions. The Bow Cockpit version features a forward access door and an optional .50-caliber machine gun mount. A wide range of seating arrangements and operational features area vailable, including climate control and shock mitigating seats. The deep-vee hull design slices though the waves and wide reverse chines provide a stable craft at rest. An 8’6” beam allows for legal road transport.
